How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number, name on the order, and a brief reason for the return (optional, but helpful for us).
  3. Our team will send you return instructions and a return address.
  4. Ship the bottles back — used and unused are both accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  5. Once the package is received and processed, your refund is issued.
